Ember Moon’s rapid ascension up the ranks of NXT is owed to the three attributes that she says define her best: Skill, honor and heart. The War Goddess has exemplified each of those since taking the black-and-yellow brand by storm.

Born in Garland, Texas, Moon first fell in love with sports-entertainment thanks to her grandfather’s influence. Together, they bonded over watching Dallas’ favorite sons, The Von Erichs, battle nefarious black hats from the famed Sportatorium, and from there, Moon’s path to the ring was never in question.

Mentored by WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, Moon quickly emerged as a dynamic competitor between the ropes. She fought tirelessly to earn a spot in NXT, and by the time she debuted in August 2016 at TakeOver: Brooklyn II, it was clear Moon was already able to hang with the world’s most elite Superstars. The War Goddess was the first woman to pose a legitimate challenge to the then-undefeated Asuka, with Moon’s breathtaking signature move, the Eclipse, even appearing to create self-doubt in The Empress of Tomorrow.

Though she endured several heart-wrenching setbacks in her pursuit of the NXT Women’s Title, including untimely injuries and just plain bad breaks, Moon took the throne in November 2017 and became the face of NXT’s renowned Women’s division.

One night after WrestleMania 34, The War Goddess debuted on Monday Night Raw, teaming with new Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax and dropping Alexa Bliss with the Eclipse to defeat the former champion and Mickie James. With unlimited potential, an inextinguishable fighting spirit and a seemingly unstoppable weapon in the Eclipse, Moon is well-equipped to help lead the Raw Women’s division into the future.

Akam and Rezar form the devastating duo known as The Authors of Pain, are notorious for wreaking havoc and unleashing carnage on NXT.
Initially led by WWE Hall of Famer Paul Ellering, the towering tag team made a huge impact in their June 2016 NXT debut, demolishing American Alpha in unprecedented fashion. The devastating beatdown left the NXT Universe in stunned silence and set the tone for The Authors of Pain’s inevitable dominance between the yellow ropes.

On the Raw after WrestleMania 34, the dominant duo made their presence felt with a thorough thrashing of Heath Slater & Rhyno.

Akam and Rezar keep their dialogue to a minimum, instead letting the in-ring devastation do the talking. Anyone bold enough to step in the ring with this duo will find out the hard way that war is their peace.

The life of the party is here, and his name is No Way Jose!

The NXT roster wasn’t quite sure what to make of the Dominican dancer as he boogied down the aisle for his first foray in the squared circle. Jose quickly demonstrated that even though wrestling isn’t ballet, knowing a few dance moves can come in handy once the bell rings, as he sashayed his way out of a few sticky situations, forcing his opponent into an impromptu tango.

As light as he is on his feet, No Way Jose also possesses a pair of heavy hands. The fleet-footed grappler won’t shy away from clubbing his foes with a home-run swing of a double axe handle or dropping them where they stand with a devastating right hand to pick up the three-count and start the party once more.

Jose made his Monday Night Raw debut the night after WrestleMania 34 with a lightning-quick victory over a local competitor, followed by a celebratory conga line.
If you’re wondering whether anyone will be able to stop the good times when Jose’s around, you can be sure that he will have only one answer for you: ”No way!”
